Our unique packaging ensure that active ingredients does not get oxidized by air exposure, so you can get the most benefit up to the last drop! They are parabens and SLS free, biodegradable, never animal tested and mild on all skin types.

 

 

The Juvenis Botanical and Marine Ingredients:


 

ACQUA BIOMIN:

Ocean minerals containing high concentrations of Selenium, Magnesium, Copper, Zinc, Calcium, Germanium intended to replace these necessary minerals depleated through daily environmental exposure. Algae Extract: Active substance used to normalize the skin moisture content and provide suppleness to the epidermis, has great water binding properties. Allantoin: An essential extract of the comfrey plant. An unsurpassed natural healing agent. Has the ability to help heal minor wounds and skin ulcers, and to stimulate the growth of healthy skin cells.

 

ALMOND OIL:

Lighter than olive oil it provides excellent lubricating and penetrating properties, rich in vitamins and minerals.

 

ALOE VERA:

Is a bitter herb with anti-inflammatory properties. It is a cellular regenerator and has antibacterial effects. Aloe Vera gel can be applied to skin as a softening agent and has wonderful astringent qualities.

 

ANTIOXIDANTS:

Believed to prevent and control numerous ailments by safeguarding cells against “free radicals”

 

AVOCADO OIL:

Avocado Oil is rich and extremely penetrating oil rich in vitamins A, D, and E. Known as the youth mineral it contains more than 20% essential unsaturated fatty acids. It can help heal the skin, reduce age spots and sun damage. It increases collagen levels in the skin and is used for its moisturizing and nourishing compounds for dehydrated skin.

 

CAFFEINE:

The acid in it functions as an antioxidant. Several studies have found that it may protect against sun-induced skin cancer, it's a great extra boost to your usual sunscreen and antioxidants. Because caffeine is also a vasoconstrictor, it has been shown to help reduce skin redness.

 

CARROT EXTRACT:

Rich in vitamins especially vitamin A and minerals, this oil has many antiseptic properties. Smoothes and tones skin. Used for skin conditions such as dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis and rashes.

 

CHAMOMILE EXTRACT:

Soothes irritated and problematic skin. It has flavonoids that can diminish skin blemishes and assist in healing.

 

COCOA BUTTER:

Cocoa butter has been used for centuries to help manage dry skin, eczema, stretch marks, scars and more. Mixed with other oils and butters makes it easier to apply and gives your skin added nutrients and benefit.

 

CUCUMBER:

A natural astringent and helps tighten pores. Contains potassium, silicon, and sulfur. Imparts a soothing feeling. Commonly used in skin care products as an anti-inflammatory, an excellent skin-soother and skin-conditioning ingredient.

 

DIMETHICONE:

An organic silicone, used as a skin protectant and moisturizer. Found naturally in Horsetail herbal extract, silicones form a "mesh" over the skin and slow down transepidermal moisture loss from the skin. Well tolerated by even the most sensitive skins, they have a filming action on the skin surface and smooth fine, dry lines.

 

GERANIUM:

An effective anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and astringent derived from the aromatic plant. For use on acne and oily skin.

 

GRAPEFRUIT EXTRACT:

A natural bactericide, preserver and stabilizer, and antioxidant. Both a tonic and astringent. Helps to control oil.

 

GRAPE EXTRACT:

Rich in flavonoids, phytochemicals that have antioxidant properties like vitamin C and vitamin E.

 

GUARANÁ:

Creeping shrub native to the Amazon (and particularly the regions of Manaus and Parintins). In the lushness of the Brazilian Amazon where it originates, it often grows to 40ft high. Guaraná¹s therapeutic activity and use as a stimulant comes from xanthine alkaloids (caffeine, theophylline, theobromine) where caffeine alone has been shown to facilitate fat loss and reduce fatigue. has tonifying and astringent properties.

 

HEMP SEED OIL:

(Omega-3): Pressed from the seeds of the Hemp plant, A natural source of essential fatty acids vital in preventing cell loss, regulating skin's moisture barrier and maintaining elasticity. This oil absorbs directly into the skin and provides important amino acids, linoleic acid, protein and highly prized Omega oils. Skin visibly responds to this rich nourishment. HONEY Taken from the nectar of flowers and manufactured in the sacs of various bees. A humectant which attracts moisture to the skin surface. Used for centuries as a natural healing salve to calm inflammation and soothe the skin.

 

HYALURONIC ACID:

(SODIUM HYALURONATE): A chemical ingredient that helps skin hold on to moisture. It is the body's natural lubricant and decreases significantly with aging. JAPANESE GREEN TEA: Reported to fight damage from excessive sun and environmental damage. Primarily this ancient Asian plant ability to prevent free radicals from damaging cell structures further.

 

JOJOBA SEED OIL:

Thick waxy oil similar to sebum (human skin) and penetrates quiet readily. Excellent moisturizer and offers cellular renewal.

 

LAVENDER OIL:

Effective in treating acne, dermatitis and oily skin problems. Antiseptic and antiinflammatory.

 

LEMON EXTRACT:

An extract expressed from the fresh rind and peel of lemons. Very cleansing and decongestant. Beneficial to oily skin condition.

 

MANGO BUTTER:

Extracted from the de-shelled fruit kernels of the mango tree. Has natural emollient properties; high oxidative ability; wound healing, and regenerative activity due to its high unsaponifiable; an extract that softens the skin and reduces scars. It also has a protective effect against UV radiation. Mango butter provides improvements and benefits in all the conditions.

 

OLIVE OIL:

Olive oil is a fat obtained from the olive, widely used in the Mediterranean. Olive oil is rich in vitamin E and vitamin A. Vitamin E gives you a youthful appearance by slowing aging. Vitamin A is what gives skin a healthy, natural glow and filled with antioxidants that fight free radicals that cause skin to age.

 

PENTA/ OLIGOPEPTIDES PROTEIN:

Protein consists of multiple amino acids chains and constitutes about 15% of human body weight. Protein is of critical importance in the structure and function of cells. Recently the use of proteins has been broadened to skin care since many skin problems such as chapping and dryness appear to be associated with damage to or actual loss of skin protein.

 

ROSEHIP OIL:

This natural oil which comes from the seeds of a rose plant native to Chili, has been used for centuries because of its skin healing properties. This rosebush grows wild in the Southern Andes. has a high amount of essential fatty acids, Vitamin E and Vitamin A. Together they stimulate skin cell regeneration and increase collagen and elasticity.

 

ROSE MARY EXTRACT:

High in antioxidants and because of it being a natural astringent Rosemary is also very beneficial to aging skin. It increases blood circulation to the skin's surface, smooths the appearance of wrinkles, tones, and can help with the treatment of scars and sun damaged skin.

 

MANNENTAKE OR REISHI MUSHROOM :

Has been used for thousands of years in Traditional Chinese Medicine for the treatment of wounds and inflammation. It is one of the most studied botanical treatments in Asia. Also see Shiitake Mushrooms

 

SACCHAROMYCES:

Extract of the yeast cells of Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Used in cosmetics since it can act in oxidative stress and improve skin conditions. Studies showed that long term use shows great benefit in skin moisture.

 

SEAPLEX:

Its blend is intended to reduce puffiness around the eyes and excess fat under the chin and neck areas. SELENIUM: An antioxidant mineral responsible for tissue elasticity. It also acts to prevent cell damage by free radicals.

 

SHEA BUTTER:

Derived from the karite tree of Africa, this thick “butter” has variety of skin benefits. Moisturizing and nourishing, some ability for cellular renewal and has a natural low level of UV protection for the skin.

 

SHIITAKE MUSHROOMS:

First cultivated in Asia over 1,000 years ago and were used to increase energy. Shiitake mushrooms contain the polysaccharide, lentinan. Recent research has revealed that both shiitake and reishi mushrooms are rich in vitamins and amino acids. Have free radical scavenging and antioxidant activity.

 

SILK AMINO ACIDS:

Amino acids are the body's building blocks from which proteins are constructed. Of the 22 known amino acids, eight cannot be manufactured in the body in sufficient quantities to sustain growth and health. These eight are called "essential," because they are necessary to maintain good health. Silk amino acids are the result of amino mixtures from liquid silk, a natural non-animal source of these acids. Silk amino acids help moisture penetrate the skin surface.

 

SOY BEAN EXTRACT:

Soy isoflavones are most potent of the antioxidant phytoestrogens; supports elasticity and firmness, helping keep skin soft and flexible as is needed when rebuilding damaged collagen. SWEET ALMOND: Rich in nutrients such as Vitamin A, B1, B2, B6 and extremely rich in vitamin E. good moisturizer for all skin types. Used to reduce the effects of ultraviolet B rays. The "Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology" reports that almond oil has been successful for preventing damage to skin caused by ultraviolet B rays. This study tested the effects of ultraviolet B rays on the skin for a period of 12 weeks. Subjects who were treated beforehand with almond oil experienced less photo-aging of their skin.

 

SUNFLOWER OIL:

Extracted from sunflower seeds, which is very rich in essential fatty acids and has been used for centuries as reliable source of skin nutrients.

 

SQUALANE:

A natural component of human sebum at around 25%. Obtained from olive oil, has great emollient skin moisturizing properties.

 

TAMARIND:

Extracted from the sub-tropical Leguminous tree widely used in natural medicine and recognized for stimulation of skin repair and to replace necessary minerals.

 

TITANIUM DIOXIDE(MICROCRYSTALLINE):

A new inorganic natural material, which functions as a sun block to both UVA and UVB rays.

 

VITAMIN A:

Improves skin elasticity, moisture content and suppleness while reversing the signs of photoaging. Skin deficient in this nutrient appears rough, unevenly-thickened and dry.

 

VITAMIN B3 (NIACINAMIDE):

Has multiple benefits for aging skin. it can improve skin's elasticity, dramatically enhance its barrier function, help erase discolorations, and revive skin's healthy tone and texture. Topically applied niacinamide has been shown to increase ceramide and free fatty acid levels in skin, prevent skin from losing water content, and stimulate microcirculation in the dermis. It also has a growing reputation for being able to treat an uneven skin tone and to mitigate acne and the red marks .

 

VITAMIN C (ASCORBIC ACID):

A preservative and anti-oxidant used to help prevent free radical damage in the skin. The most popular antioxidant, a required component in the production of collagen. Has been shown to help slow the production of hyperpigmentation ("age spots") while providing some UV protection. VITAMIN E: Plays a crucial role in protecting skin cells and membranes from environmental damage. Great emollient and calms inflammation.

 

VITAMIN E LINOLEATE/ACETATE:

Known as "tocopherol" linoleate or acetate. Penetrates the stratum corneum and maintains moisture levels of the skin for long periods of time (16 to 24 hours). Accumulates in the epidermis and forms a barrier against moisture evaporation. An anti-oxidant helps prevent free radical damage in the skin tissues.

 

WHEAT PROTEIN:

Has amino acids that are easily absorbed in the skin (also potassium, silicon, and sulfur). A hydrating complex, offering a combination of moisture-balancing and film-forming properties which imparts a soothing feeling.

 

WHITE WILLOW BARK:

Extracted from the white willow tree popular in Europe, Salix alba. An antiinflammatory agent delivered to the skin cells in liposomes that enhance penetration through the epidermis. Causes a mild keratolytic effect making it an excellent ingredient for acne treatment products.

 

WILD YAMS:

A natural peptide that mimics dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) in the skin. As one of the building blocks of the body, improved DHEA levels have been correlated with improved skin tone and moisture. It is a powerful anti-inflammatory that helps speed tissue regeneration resulting in normalization of damaged skin.

 

WILD MUSHROOM:

Natural astringent shown to improve skin tightness and firmness as it diminishes the appearance of pores. ZINC: Zinc accelerates the renewal of the skin cells. Proven effective in treating acne and has been reported to have a positive effect on psoriasis, neurodermitis and an anti-inflammatory.
